All,

For those who voted in the Doodle Poll, the top results for each vote
were: [NB: Ben did suggest that the options be extended to 2 hours
earlier that currently covered; the problem there is that makes life
pretty unpleasant for some folks, ie very early for West Coasters, and
completely abominable for Dustin if he ends up back in Hawaii!]

[Week 1 == week where CA/B Forum does not happen; Week 2 == week where
CA/B does happen]

*NetSec*

    Week 2:

        Monday, 18:00 - 19:00 UTC

        Tuesday, 20:00 - 21:00 UTC

    Week 1:

        Tuesday, 20:00 - 21:00 UTC

        Wednesday, 18:00 - 19:00 UTC

        Thursday, 19:00 - 20:00 UTC

*Cloud Subteam*

Week 1:

        Tuesday, 19:00 - 20:00 UTC

        Thursday, 17:00 - 18:00 UTC

        Thursday, 18:00 - 19:00 UTC

*Document Structuring*

    Week 1:

        Tuesday, 19:00 - 20:00 UTC

        Tuesday, 20:00 - 21:00 UTC

        Wednesday, 18:00 - 19:00 UTC

        Thursday, 17:00 - 18:00 UTC

        Thursday, 18:00 - 19:00 UTC

*Threat Modelling*

    Week 1:

        Thursday, 17:00 - 18:00 UTC

        Thursday, 18:00 - 19:00 UTC

        Thursday, 19:00 - 20:00 UTC

Since the notion I had originally was to have the subteams meet on Week
1, so they can funnel results into the subsequent NetSec meeting, and
NetSec meet prior to CA/B, so it can funnel current results into that
forum. It seems like a logical arrangement might be

*NetSec*

    Week 2, Tuesday 20:00 - 21:00 [Sorry, Europeans!]

*Cloud*

    Week 1, Tuesday 19:00 - 20:00

*Document*

    Week 1, Wednesday 18:00 - 19:00

*Threat Modelling*

    Week 1, Thursday 17:00 - 18:00

But these are just suggestions. I'd like to discuss this on today's
meeting, if possible, so we can get this set up reasonably quickly.

Hope we can get some consensus. If we think that earlier (or later)
options would work, I'm all ears, but chairing meetings at midnight
doesn't sound a lot of fun for anyone!

Cheers,

Neil
