[cabf_netsec] Abbreviations for Control Categories

On the Document Structure call today, I'd like to go over abbreviations for
control categories.

AC = Access Control
PS = Personnel Security
PE = Physical and Environment Security
CM = Configuration Management and Continuous Monitoring?
NW = Network Security
PT = Protective Technology
RM = Respond and Mitigate
Etc.
