[cabf_netsec] Seconder for Log Retention Ballot

With Trev willing to second the Log Retention ballot

I'm just short of one seconder in order to go ahead and enter it as a 
formal ballot. I thought that we had three people, but not yet!

Anyone ready to second this proposed ballot?

Also, I need a seconder for the CVSS ballot - Tobi is one seconder, but 
I need one more. This one is very uncontroversial - it's just fixing a 
definition for "Critical Vulnerability" - see
