[cabf_netsec] Meeting invitation for new time

All,

I sent out a meeting invitation to the netsec-management list (to which 
all of you should be subscribed), but so far the email has not appeared.

It's possible this could be an artifact of the migration of mailing 
lists to the new structures, so I'm following this up with Jos to see if 
I've done something amiss, or if it's just a temporary glitch.
