[Infrastructure] Progress on the BR of BRs

I would like to provide a quick update on the progress for the BR of BRs, in the last couple of days I finally had some time to work on the tooling and made some updates.

A simple website is now generated by GitHub when something is changed:

Using the top menu:

you can open the TOC which allow you sign navigate to a particular section quickly, by clicking on the hamburger menu shown above.

or get a table showing the similarity in percentage of each section with Baseline Requirements, by clicking on the blue button. When the title of the section is different from the BRs this is also stated in the differences column.

You can enable/disable the display of certain document types by toggling them in the top menu (please note that TLS has no document currently).

The different documents will be shown with a different background color (consistent for the type of document):

if you hover a section you get an edit button which will bring you the relevant document on GitHub:

In the new year I will try to include a diff of the input vs the output documents as well.
