[Infrastructure] DRAFT: Minutes from 27 May Meeting

Present: Jos, Daniela, Wayne, Ben, Ryan

 

1. Anti-trust statement

2. Approval of minutes (Approved as submitted)

3. Website/Mailer Migration

            Website successfully migrated; few bumps reported with mailers but no issues reported since Josh fixed things.

 

4. Pandoc

            Jos to make new branch for SC26 automation changes and submit; Ryan can review

 

5. June meeting

            Etiquette - Daniela submitted draft document on meeting etiquette for review to Wayne/Dean/Dimitris

            Meeting Type - Will stick with standard WebEx meeting for now to avoid changing horses mid-race

 

6. New Business

            Ben: Need to move this meeting to the new account!

            Jos: Yep, will do by today.

 

            Wayne: What happens if no one has a host account?

            Jos: Fix for now is to share the host key with people so anyone can start the meeting, but that's worth testing to see what happens if no one has an account.

 

            Jos to update wiki software Wednesday night

 

            Meeting: have a 30-minute slot during the virtual F2F next week, and then will tentatively plan to cancel regular meeting the week after unless something comes up.
