[Infrastructure] CABForum Infrastructure Changes

Greetings Everyone,
              March will be the best time for GoDaddy resources to move CAB infrastructure to their new homes. It would be great if we could finalize our plans for all open items this month, February, in order to plan out the moves. I believe we have made progress on the websites and wiki, but are struggling with email. Do we think we can find a new home for email distribution and finalize the wiki plans in the next 20-30days?
