I don’t think we should cancel it. It’s our last meeting before the effective date. I will be on the call.

So is the Governance Change Working Group call for tomorrow (June 26) being cancelled?

There were issued we tried to discuss on the last CABF teleconference (like Associate Member representatives signing the IPRA, and the ETSI exception), but were told should be discussed first by the GCWG. If the next WG call is July 10, that’s after the July 3 deadline for signing.

As I said on the last CABF teleconference, I plan to continue our prior practice on these two issues, and not demand signed IPRA agreements from Associate Member representatives themselves or from ETSI unless and until we specifically require it by a change to our Bylaws, so I guess missing the July 3 deadline for resolution is ok…

Sounds good. Meanwhile, I'll try to write something up that frames the issues.

I’m going to be taking a short break and back on July 9th. The next meeting would be that week, July 10th. Would that work? A framing of the issues would be helpful.

Thanks, Virginia.

Dean,

As much as I like Jos, I don’t want to talk to just him, so maybe we need to re-schedule? Can we have a call some other time this week? If not, next week? I suppose it would help if I framed the issues more.

Thanks,

Ben

Hi - I’d like to have input into those items as well, so please don’t consider anything final.

Yes, that makes sense. But since Virginia and I can’t join, I guess that leaves you and Jos, unless others can join?

I think we need to address items raised during the face-to-face.
