Hi Ben,

Thanks very much for putting this draft of the charter together.  It looks pretty good.  I’ve included some suggested changes and questions for you in the attached redline.  Please let me know your thoughts.  Thanks.

All - Ballot 206 has grown so large that I’m wondering if we should consider splitting it into smaller chunks and running them one after another?  It would be bad if the ballot doesn’t pass because people don’t understand or don’t like one small thing in one of the documents.  I’m seeing from the emails today that members are still not understanding what the plan is.  What do others think about “chunking” the ballot?  We could maybe do the following:

Ballot 206a:  Amendments to IP policy and Bylaws for formation of WGs 
Ballot 206b:  Approve charter for Server Certificate WG 
Ballot 206c:  All other Bylaws amendments (faulty ballot votes, ballot/redline language discrepancies, finalizing minutes, clarify “Forum Meetings,” typo corrections, etc.
