[cabf_governance] WG charter?

I noticed that the draft charter doesn’t have a section on termination of membership in the working group.  (In the draft bylaws, we’re proposing to delete 2.2(b) 4.  “[the CA] stops issuing certificates to Web servers that are openly

accessible from the Internet” because fit doesn’t fit the new definitions of membership at the CAB Forum level.)  Does this subsection 4 need to be part of a new subsection for the Server Certificate Working Group charter?
