In anticipation of next week’s meeting and as a follow up to today’s call, here is the Working Group Charter Template to be filled out for the Server Authentication Working Group. https://docs.google.com/document/d/1YtQxzUKm5hCA_4wNu3OsZT_E-WaLxZiLp1GD2sVDl-w/edit?usp=sharing – feel free to edit



Please be prepared to discuss Amendments to the Bylaws,  including:



*       changes that will set forth the voting structure (which will basically remain the same, except we’ll have to refer to the structure using slightly different terminology)



*       chartering of working groups, especially the Server Authentication Working Group (see above) and any other standing working groups, which will need to be set forth in an appendix to the Bylaws



*       any other items that you feel have not been adequately addressed in the memo dated January 17, 2017
