[cabf_governance] Draft documents for meeting on

Hi all,

Here are the draft documents for Wednesday’s Governance Reform WG’s discussion on the WG changes.  There’s a DRAFT IPR policy and DRAFT Bylaws, both marked to show the proposed changes.  There’s also a short slide deck that I plan to review on the call.

Unfortunately, I was unable to save the IPR policy as a PDF, because then people would not be able to read the comments.  If people are violently opposed to using Word, as some have previously expressed, they can download a free version of OpenOffice and view the document that way.  www.openoffice.org 

Please review and let me know if you have any comments/questions/concerns that I could address before the call on Wednesday.  Thanks!
