[cabf_governance] Governance Reform Working Group meeting

As the Gov. Reform WG works through ballot language on Bylaws changes, can you put out a call on OTHER Bylaws tune-ups that may also be needed.  I have a short list (somewhere), and I think other members may as well.  The changes don't have to relate to the change in governance, but be more in the nature of errata/cleanup/clarification edits.
