[cabf_governance] Today's Meeting / Next Meeting

Here is a revised draft of the Bylaws based on our discussions today.  We'll
be canceling our next meeting on the  26th and reconvening on January 9 to
discuss this and the Charter for the Server Certificate Working Group.

Specifically, we made changes to:

*	section 2.1 to revert to include "Root Certificate Issuers" as
requested by Virginia, Gerv and others
*	section 2.3(f) (same reason)
*	section 5.3.1 (b)(8) and (d) to eliminate redundant provisions that
both covered the means of communication

We also wondered why there was some unexplained renumbering of paragraphs in
section 2.
