The 19th works for me. Is that what you were asking, Dean?

Thank you Andrew. I spoke to J.C. and he cannot attend on the 19th but could possibly dial in then. We do gain Jos on the 19th though (he is on vacation the 10th but will be in SF so might have been able to stop in for a while).

So if we can move to the 19th, that would be great. Again, all those who plan on attending, please reply to this email.

Thanks
Dean

Hello

FWIW I have a room booked in our San Francisco office (right on the bay, beautiful views) for August 10th and it's enabled for Google hangouts video, so we'd at least be able to see you :-)

I'll start making enquiries about rooms on the 19th in case that's needed.

Members of the Working Group,

A thousand apologies but due to unforeseen circumstances, it turns out the week of August 10th will not work for me. I completely apologize for this oversight. I've updated the poll to reflect this.
We have 2 options:

1. Go ahead with the meeting as planned and I'll dial in remotely
2. Change the date to July 19th which is now has the most YES votes (but J.C. indicated he can't make it. I sent him a note to double check)

Again, I'm very sorry about this snafu and am looking to your feedback for next steps.

Thanks,
Dean

After speaking with J.C., it looks like Wednesday August 10th will be the date of our face to face meeting in San Francisco area. 8 people are scheduled to attend.

Andrew-Thank you for volunteering to host. Can you confirm a location for this date that has the following:

1. Conference room with A/V and teleconference capabilities for those that may want to dial in
2. Whiteboards or flip charts
3. Guest wifi access
4. A place where we can all grab lunch and bring back to the room
5. Availability from 9-5
6. Please provide address/location so folks can book hotels nearby

One thing we definitely need ahead of time is a good, organized agenda with desired outcomes so we can focus the task at hand. Let's discuss that on the next call.

Please confirm your attendance by replying to this email, EVEN THOUGH YOU MAY HAVE FILLED OUT THE POLL.

Thanks
Dean
