Hi Ben,

Here are my comments on this document.

There are a couple of open action items - it would be great if we could have answers for these by the next meeting:

1.  Check with DocuSign on the possibility of setting up an online click-thru for IPR Agreement for members/ Interested Parties.

2.  Check with Google on the possibility of having an online click-thru IPR agreement for an open, monitored public list.
