[cabf_governance] Agenda and start time for next week's F2F

Greetings,

On the admin side of things, I've updated the wiki page
<https://www.cabforum.org/wiki/Governance%20Review%20Working%20Group%20Meeting%200>
with
parking details, and my contact info.

Our meeting room is in a different building (but very close, same block)
than reception so I'll be walking folk between the two starting from 0900.

My cell number is also on the wiki.
