[cabf_governance] Governance Change Working Group - Initial Call

Thanks, Dean.  I assume this is recurring bi-weekly?  In general that time
works for me, though for this first one, I'll be travelling so won't be able
to make it.

Dean,
I don't see the time in this email.  I assume you are using Outlook/Exchange
calendar invite.  Can you please include day/time in UTC in the body when
sending out calendar invites.  We can't all see them.
