[Cscwg-public] Diff of BR 1.6.9 and 1.7.3

Hello,

As discussed on yesterday's call, we agreed it would be good to have a diff
of the changes introduced in the BRs between 1.6.9 (which is the BR version
that the CSBR is "pinned" to) and 1.7.3 (the latest version where
non-formatting changes were introduced). See

want to see the diff between 1.6.9 and 1.7.4 (the current BR version), see

189f46fc636..3df1fbc0d0ea14f8163d6fed6c64b1dc90dfee77. I don't think this
diff is terribly useful given the number of formatting-only changes so we
likely want to work from the 1.7.3 diff.
