The review period for Ballot CSCWG-2 has concluded and no essential claims
were filed. Therefore the Draft Guideline is now finalized.



I ask that Bruce Morton prepare the Final Guideline so that it can be
uploaded to the website and wiki.

Final Maintenance Guidelines (30 day Review Period).  A complete draft of
the Draft Guideline that is the subject of this Review Notice is attached.

Ballot CSCWG-2 - Combine BR and EV Codesigning guidelines

This ballot modifies the “Baseline Requirements for the Issuance and
Management of Publicly‐Trusted Code Signing Certificates” based on Version
1.2 and removes the requirements for “Guidelines For The Issuance And
Management Of Extended Validation Code Signing Certificates” based on
Version 1.4. A redline update is attached.



Be it resolved that the CA / Browser Forum adopts the attached CA/B Forum
Baseline Requirements for the Issuance and Management of Publicly‐Trusted
Code Signing Certificates version 2.0 effective upon adoption.
