Here are the minutes of the subject call:

 

1.	Roll call: Dean Coclin, Bruce Morton, Atsushi Inaba, Daniela Hood,
Corey Bonnell, Ian McMillan, Chris Kemmerer, Tim Crawford, Karthi Ramasany,
Tomas Gustavson, Thomas Zermeno, Joanna Fox, Hugh Mercer, Dimitris
Zacharopoulos
2.	Antitrust statement: Read by Dean
3.	Approval of minutes of last call: Minutes were not approved yet from
the F2F. Next call.
4.	Ballot Status: 

a.	CSCWG-4: The review period ends on Nov 7th. Bruce will publish when
ready.
b.	Ian's draft ballot on key protection: A discussion around cloud
based key protection requirements was held. Clarification is needed on eIDAS
protection profile. Clarification is also needed on 16.2 (5)(3). Ian said
the USB token must be FIPS Level 2.  Another discussion on audit section
(3), at the end of this section for cloud solutions, how should the cloud
key protection be proved. Discussion ended.

5.	Application of Certum: Approved
6.	Other items: 

a.	Daniela asked for clarification on 3072 timeline. Ian confirmed it
will be June 2021. 
b.	Audit: Tim said as discussed at F2F, CAs should work with MSFT to
determine which audit applies to them based on their audit date
c.	Tadahiko's email: Will be discussed on next call when he attends.
Does it apply to TSA certs? Ian said yes, per Appendix A
d.	EV vs. Non EV requirements: Bruce to draft the ballot
e.	Question about roots issued before 2021 and are 2048 bit key size,
can they still be used. Response: Should be 3072 but Ian will investigate
further.
