[Cscwg-public] Small error in EV Code Signing v 1.4

Hi Tim,

EV Code Signing v1.4 is wrong. EVG section 11.7 covers "Verification of Applicant's Domain Name", where EVG section 11.8 covers "Verification of Name, Title, ...". We have tried to correct this error in the merging of the documents.

EV Code Signing v1.4 says, in section 11.7: "Verification of Name, Title, ...: As specified in Section 11.7 of the EV Guidelines."

However, "Verification of Name, Title, ..." is specified in EVG 11.8, not EVG 11.7.
