[Cscwg-public] EV versus Non-EV Discussion

Attached is a copy of the Code Signing BRs with proposed changes to address EV versus Non-EV. The goal is to harmonize the requirements and only have EV stipulations when there is an EV requirement.

I have tried to address previous comments and items on the current Parking Lot list. Tim Crawford has also reviewed and some changes will help address some audit issues.

The plan will be to walk through the comments and proposed changes at the next meeting on 10 September 2020. If there are any other proposals or comments in advance, please feel free to forward.
