I would like to attend the DNSSEC/X509 meeting:
name: Joe Gersch
Organization: Secure64 SW Corporation
Background & Expression of Interest:
Secure64 has developed automated DNSSEC signing and has privately conducted many experiments with the provisioning and fetching of various types of certificates from the DNS such as email certs, SSHFP, etc. As an example, we have experimented with Mozilla extensions to fetch certificate from the DNS.
We are interested in helping define standards and operational procedures with respect to the automation of certificate generation, publication, retrieval, and use of these certificates.
Secure64 believes there are important potential benefits from such a synergy, has been considering the types of ideas now being discussed in numerous venues, particularly with respect what advanced functionalities will be required and how these will affect the evolution of our secure DNSSEC product line
Joseph Gersch
Chief Operating Officer
