[Smcwg-public] ADOPTED: Ballot SMC04: Addition of ETSI TS 119 411-6 to audit standards

The Intellectual Property Review (IPR) period for Ballot SMC04 (Addition of ETSI TS 119 411-6 to audit standards) has completed. No IPR Exclusion Notices were filed, and the ballot is adopted as of December 8, 2023.

The S/MIME Baseline Requirements version 1.0.2 is attached in PDF form.  The new S/MIME BR have also been published to the CABF public website<https://url.avanan.click/v2/___https:/cabforum.org/smime-br/___.YXAzOmRpZ2ljZXJ0OmE6bzo0OTQ1ZDE0NmI2Yjk1NTEzODJiZWU0NjY5OTQ5OWQ4MTo2OmRlY2M6ZTM5MWUxYmMwZjFhOGZlZWM5Yzk0NDFmMjA2NmFhOGYyMmQ4YTc2MmJlMzYyMTg1N2Y5OTkyMDc4OTJjNjRlNzpoOkY> in accordance with the Bylaws.
