<div>Apart from the existing Saudi National Root CA, NCDC is planning to setup new root hierarchy. This new Root CA for Saudi National PKI will be offline. NCDC follows WebTrust audit program and will do KGC and audits according to WebTrust. NCDC would like
to know from experts about any recommendations to use ECC or RSA for Root, Intermediate and Issuing CAs and respective Key Lengths. Your guidance will help in considering such recommendations at planning stage.</div>
