The "Baseline Requirements for the Issuance and Management of
Publicly-Trusted Certificates" version 1.7.3, the "Guidelines For
The Issuance And Management Of Extended Validation Certificates"
version 1.7.4 and the "Network and Certificate System Security
Requirements" version 1.5 documents, including the changes from
Ballots SC28 and SC35, are attached and will be uploaded to the
public website and the wiki.<br>
