More updates have been added to the <a moz-do-not-send="true"
href="https://github.com/cabforum/forum/pull/32/files">draft
version 2.5</a> of the Bylaws. Here is a list of the <a
moz-do-not-send="true"
href="https://docs.google.com/document/d/1EtrIy3F5cPge0_M-C8J6fe72KcVI8H5Q_2S6S31ynU0/edit?usp=sharing">remaining
Bylaws issues</a> to be addressed:<br>
<ol>
<li>Election issues<br>
</li>
<li>Who must sign the IPR Agreement (when we have cases with a
separate "CA Owner" and "CA Operator")</li>
<li>Minimum days for review of draft minutes before approval for
Teleconferences and F2F meetings</li>
<li>Review and alignment of WG Charters</li>
<li>Define specific release cycles for Guidelines</li>
</ol>
<p>I believe we must address at least the election issues before
going to ballot. In the meantime, I will also try to propose some
language for items 2 and 3. Hopefully we can prepare a ballot by
the end of April. <b>Please let me know if any of you can endorse
the changes proposed so far</b>.<br>

<p>Items 4 and 5 need significant time and effort. I'm not sure we
will have time to work on those items before the upcoming F2F but
I would like to ask if there are any volunteers that can assist
with proposing draft language, possibly using a separate GitHub
branch.<br>

issues</a> we've been discussing for several months.<br>

We will go over these and other changes introduced by Tim about
the elections, on Tuesday at the F2F#58.<br>
