<p><font face="Calibri">I think I found a formatting problem in BRs,
paragraph 8.2: in item #7, there is a line break after the ampersand
(&), so the remaining part of the requirement (starting with
"Omissions....") appears on a new unnumbered line.<br>

<p><font face="Calibri"> </font>The correct item 7 should read:</p>
<p>"7. Except in the case of an Internal Government Auditing Agency,
maintains Professional Liability/Errors & Omissions insurance
with policy limits of at least one million US dollars in coverage"<br>
</p>
..and preferably with a full stop at the end of it.<br>
