<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#1F497D">The Policy
Review Working Group has reviewed Sections 1 and 2 of the
Baseline Requirements and, as a result, suggests that
certain changes be made to them. Based on the lack of
urgency for these changes and other considerations, the
Working Group recommends that Certification Authorities be
given one year from the effective date of this amendment
before they are required to comply. Therefore, the
following motion has been proposed by Ben Wilson of
DigiCert and endorsed by Tim Hollebeek of Trustwave and
Robin Alden of Comodo:<o:p></o:p></span></p>

immediately. However, CAs are allowed one year after
adoption (i.e. 3 December 2016) to comply with this

indicate a clear 'yes' in the response. A vote against must

participate in the ballot, either by voting in favor, voting
against, or abstaining.<o:p></o:p></p>
