Therefore, the ballot passes.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>On Ballot 144, <b>Issuance to .Onion domains</b>, I counted 6 Yes votes, 2 No votes and 13 Abstentions from the CAs and 3 Yes votes from the browsers.
