Each of these have a license that is verifiable in the jurisdiction of registration.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='color:#1F497D'><o:p> </o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='color:#1F497D'>(2) The entity has a verifiable physical existence and business presence;<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='color:#1F497D'>- Check.
