I hereby announce a 60-day IPR review period during which you are to review such Draft Guideline and consider any licensing obligations with respect to any Essential Claims that may be encompassed by such Draft Guideline. The IPR review period for this Guideline shall end on 16 January 2013.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman","serif"'><o:p> </o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman","serif"'>On September 12 [Ballot 88] we adopted a BR Maintenance Guideline that amended Section 9.2 of the Baseline Requirements. That Maintenance Guideline is attached hereto. I hereby announce a 30-day IPR review period during which you are to review such Draft Guideline and consider any licensing obligations with respect to any Essential Claims that may be encompassed by such Draft Guideline.
