<p class="MsoNormal">RESOLVED: That Ben Wilson be elected Chair
of the CA/Browser Forum for a two-year term, and that Dean
Coclin be elected as Vice Chair of the CA/Browser Forum for a
two-year term (to serve as Chair in Ben Wilson’s absence).<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">The ballot review period comes into effect

the motion is withdrawn during the review period, the voting
period will start immediately thereafter and will close at

<p class="MsoNormal">Votes must be cast by “reply all” to the
"Ballot [91] –Chair and Vice-Chair Election" email thread on

indicate a clear 'yes' in the response. A vote against must
indicate a clear 'no' in the response. A vote to abstain must

<p class="MsoNormal">The latest vote received from any
representative of a voting member before the close of the
