An Observer may not post comments that are in opposition or support of a ballot after the ballot’s voting period begins. However, Observers may continue to comment on typographical, grammar, syntax, spelling, technical errors, and inaccuracies. <o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoPlainText style='mso-margin-top-alt:6.0pt;margin-right:0in;margin-bottom:6.0pt;margin-left:0in'><span style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Cambria","serif"'>d.
