It was noted that it's not clear from the CAB Forum website how to sign<br>

At the moment, the front page is in "News" style, so something like:<br>

The CAB Forum has created a public mailing list, intended to be used for<br>
normal CAB Forum discussions, which can be read (but not posted to) by<br>
