<p class="MsoNormal">One question on interpretation of Ballot 82 – it would suspend the IPR until a Forum governance vote “concludes in the approval of a new Guideline for organization governance or other form of organization governance reform agreement.”<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">One option being voted on is “No change”. In addition, as I understand it, if a new form of governance is chosen, it will not take effect unless it is adopted by the Forum in a subsequent vote – which may not happen.<o:p></o:p></p>
