Related to Github, Corey observed there are some new issues created by Dependabot around the Pandoc tooling that needs updating. These create issues, but someone needs to create PRs for them and approve those updates. Ryan Sleevi had been managing that, but Jos observed that he seems to have stepped back to focus on other work at Google, so we likely need to talk with him about documentation and then arrange other contacts to manage those PRs for the infrastructure elements. Jos took an action to talk with Ryan about documentation and how he'd like to manage this going forward. Corey observed that he and others in the team would be happy to take on that work from him so he's not doing it alone (or a single point of failure).

4. Jos said that now we are back from the break, he's going to work on getting the updates from Github into the website for ballots, which will let us automatically update ballot pages on the website based on the current status. Jos showed an example page with a standard layout of content for SC50 from the SCWG, to demonstrate a standard set of content to include on a ballot page and how it could be laid out to help support automation. His page showed the Ballot Status in its own section, which would make it easier to script updates to the page, and for users to find the current status of any ballot as it passed through the various phases. Dean and Ben agreed on the usefulness of creating a standard format, and would talk about it with their respective other working groups to try and settle on an informal standard.

Mailing lists / Spreadsheets for Membership

The updated spreadsheet appears to be working well as far as attendance.
