<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0in 0in 8pt;line-height:107%;font-size:11pt;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><b>Mailman Recap</b> – we had changes to improve
searchability and the script broke permissions on mail server. Since fixing
those, there have been no problems. Jim at GoDaddy has implemented monitoring.
Sitemaps appear to be running. Wayne checked with Google Webmaster Tools which indicates
that it is processing site maps. We should see better searchability. It appears
that script was running as Mailman and re-writing permissions to Mailman and
Apache couldn’t read them. We put Apache into the Mailman group to fix it. We
are also running a backup process nightly on S3.<span></span></p>

wonky, while they do work for commits. HTML generation is on the roadmap. There
have been requests to improve fonts, font sizes, etc. We should also look at
getting an SMTP server to send daily or weekly summaries of Github activity to
a list. <span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0in 0in 8pt;line-height:107%;font-size:11pt;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><b>Website</b> – At the F2F, we discussed what we should focus
on.<span> </span>Have people had a chance to think
about the website?<span> </span>Dimitris sent out
notes from discussions he had with Fotis a few years back. The notes suggest a
top level structure with the following headings:<span> </span>About (History, Overview, Contact);
Technology (OpenSSL, NSS, etc.); Participate (Members, Interested Parties,
Working Groups); News; and Resources. Ben thinks the Home Page needs to be
revised to be more member-centric or guidelines-centric. Ben has prepared an Interested
Parties page that isn’t linked yet. Also, he could move the menus around
without changing content. Jos suggested that we find the old test website and
use that as a mock-up for everyone to evaluate.<span>
</span>Ben and Jos will see if they can find it or set up a new one. </p>
