Final Minutes of CSWG call on May 23rd

 

1.	Call to Order - Completed
2.	Reading of AntiTrust Statement - Dean read the anti-trust statement
3.	Role Call - Atsushi Inaba, Doug Beattie, Dean Coclin, Joanna Fox,
Bruce Morton, Ben Wilson, Rich Smith, Tim Callan, Tomas
4.	Approval of prior minutes - Prior minutes were approved
5.	Potential new members status - Qualcomm indicated they will not join
but will monitor the public list. IBM is considering joining and is
reviewing the IPR agreement
6.	Status of Ballot for current code signing guidelines - Ben will send
out the ballot later today to the public list
7.	Additional changes to current guidelines and EV guidelines: We
looked at the Google doc today but decided to hold off discussions until the
F2F
8.	Any other business-Dean to create agenda for F2F. Briefly discussed
article which appeared on Bleeping Computer
(https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/news/security/volume-of-signed-malware-inc
reases-cas-need-better-vetting/). Tim Callan noted Sectigo is reviewing it.
